This Class-A, two-story office building situated on Amulet Lake in MetroCenter includes a 1,500-square-foot board room, 1,000-square-foot hospitality area, full-service catering kitchen and a state-of-the-art training center with a capacity of more than 100. Touch-screen "Crestron" controls in the training center operate everything from the window shades to LCD monitors. High-end finishes in all areas of the building included granite and marble countertops, custom-prefinished casework and interior trim, wood-panel acoustical ceilings, and marble flooring. Construction challenges included detailing and erecting the metal roof truss system with its several interlocking gables and pitches and the use of residential-type materials in a commercial office building setting. The project was LEED-certified in 2007 by the United States Green Building Council.

This two-story building serves as the corporate headquarters for Consumers Insurance. The project includes state-of-the-art computer technology with VPS and generator power back-up. Architectural features include an attractive masonry skin accented by Alucobond and glass elements. Two large rooftop units provide heating and cooling for the building.

Commerce Center is an eleven-story office building with a below-grade parking garage, 9,000-square-foot landscaped plaza and a 25-foot-tall decorative trellis. This brick, stone and glass exterior aesthetically lines the historic structures of Second Avenue to the modern BellSouth Tower. The cast-in-place concrete structure has more than 400,000-square-foot of post tension slabs and includes interior finish-out for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce; Barge, Waggoner, Sumner & Cannon office; Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell law firm and a 22,000-square-foot data center for Inflow computer.

Word Entertainment is a three-story concrete frame office building with a 40,000-square-foot below-grade parking garage. This distinctive Music Row project was completely finished out for the owner in 10 months to meet their move-in deadline. The lobby features a wood-burning fireplace with a large stone mantel and a decorative spiral staircase. The second floor has two large exterior patios with brick pavers.
