Currently under construction, this 15,636 sq. ft. contemporary addition will seamless integrate to the original building and honor the existing architecture and building program. The existing Victorian Gothic style building was originally constructed in 1894, with the tower being added in 1947. In addition to the 2-level addition that will tie into the original building, the scope also includes a renovation of the original building’s basement, first floor, and second floor.
