We are excited to share that Kaitlyn Jones, our Director of Development & Engagement, has been recognized as a 2025 40 Under 40 Winner in the Nashville Business Journal!
Kaitlyn has worked at R.C. Mathews for 13 years and has had a variety of roles for the company. As a leader in the community, Kaitlyn is the current Vice-Chair of PENCIL Foundation, and she serves on the Executive Board for NAIOP Nashville and the steering committee for AEC Power Women.
In the 40 Under 40 article, the Nashville Business Journal asked each winner to take a selfie and share something about themselves. Kaitlyn chose to share a photo of her from a recent trip, stating: "Here I am at the Perito Moreno Glacier in the Patagonia region of Argentina. I love to travel, and along with repeat trips to favorite locations, I try to explore at least one new place each year.”
