Encircling First and Second Avenues, Bridge and Main Street, Harpeth Square will include a 119-key Hilton Curio Hotel, 150 leased residences, a 596-space, five-story parking garage, 15,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space and over 3,600 square feet of office space - all with walkability and sustainable design.
The development, design and construction teams were among hundreds in attendance Monday to officially break ground on this project that will open in phases beginning in 2019.
