Rutledge Flats, a micro-unit apartment building in the historic Rutledge Hill neighborhood was recently completed!
The nearly 60,000 square-foot building holds 174 units, each less than 250 square-feet. The building also has a beautiful courtyard, rooftop deck with amazing views of downtown, and a large bike rack on the main level. The 8-story apartment complex features shared kitchens on each floor with ample community spaces. The balance smaller private spaces mixed with shared public spaces allows for lower rents for downtown living in one of Nashville’s oldest neighborhoods.There is also about 1,000 square feet of retail space on the main level!
