Grand Ole Opry House

The 101,000-square-foot-Grand Ole Opry House was completely inundated with flood waters in May 2010 to a depth of 46” over the stage. While the structure remained in tact, everything but concrete, brick and structural steel was removed. The necessity of rebuilding yielded an opportunity to improve accessibility. We added 4,500 square feet of offce space in a new mezzanine and updated the function and flow of many spaces. With 200 construction workers, we worked 7 days a week for 5 months in order to get the building ready for Grand Ole Opry shows to continue.
