The newest commercial addition to downtown’s SoBro district, this 8-story, class-A office development with four levels of structured parking and street level retail is the new headquarters for Barge Design Solutions, R.C. Mathews Contractor, The Mathews Company, and Colliers International | Nashville. The project contains 430 parking spaces, 13,000 square feet of ground-level retail space, a 7,000-square-foot green roof, and individual balconies serving each floor. The building is pursuing LEED certification.
