Werthan Warehouse

At the heart of Taylor Place in Germantown is the iconic Werthan Warehouse, an adaptive reuse building which provides over 60,000 square feet of office space built for creative enterprise. The space combines modern infrastructure and amenities with the authentic industrial character of the nearly 75-year-old warehouse. The warehouse is the former home of Werthan Packaging’s industrial campus.
