This 4-story, wood-framed facility is the new campus for Dismas House of Nashville, a non-profit serving formerly incarcerated men. With its Grand Opening in 2020, Dismas House is able to house 76 residents on the upper floors in single occupant affordable apartments with the first floor designed for programming, client services and office space for staff members. This was a challenging triangular site between Charlotte Pike and a CSX railroad easement with a steep drop-off that our project team was able to navigate through on-time deliveries and detailed scheduling.
