Opened in August 2014, this project saw the redevelopment of a 100-year old industrial site into a 282-unit apartment complex. The 14-acre brownfield redevelopment has stitched together two of Nashville's thriving historic urban neighborhoods, Germantown and Salemtown.
This project includes a 282-unit, 3- and 4-story multi-family building on the corner of 5th Avenue and Hume Street. A glass and steel amenity bridge mirrors existing conveyor bridges on site and houses the fitness center, club room and a rooftop terrace with views to downtown. All sides of the building are lined with stoops and courtyards that conceal the 412-car parking garage and complement the historic neighborhood.
