Greenhaven is the second phase of a garden-style development in the suburbs of Franklin. While the program remained the same - with apartments and amenity buildings surrounding a pool - the client wanted to take the design and construction in a new direction. The Cape Cod scheme distinguishes the project from the previous development while respecting the traditional character of the area.
