Project Overview
The original project was the construction of this 43,000-square-foot building serves as the headquarters for the Path Group and their main clinical laboratory. The lab space features modular lab casework, fume hoods, isolation rooms, and UPS and generator power back-up. Architectural features include an attractive masonry skin accented by Alucobond and glass elements. Two large roof top units provide heating and cooling for this building. There have also been three subsequent interior expansions of the space for PathGroup that R.C. Mathews Contractor has completed.
