Project Overview
This 178,000-square-foot medical office building was designed by Earl Swensson Associates and selected by the Associated Builders & Contractors as their recipient of an Award of Excellence. Within 10 months of groundbreaking, this 6-story concrete structure with precast veneer and high performance glass exterior was ready for the first doctors to occupy and begin treating patients. The fourth and fifth floors were converted to hospital floors for labor and delivery with two operating rooms, while the first floor has a full diagnostic center with an MRI, CT Scan and two x-ray rooms.
