Project Overview
Regions Bank recently relocated their local and regional headquarters to Roundabout Plaza in Midtown, where our team built out 27,000 sq. ft. for their new office and completely transformed the top floor of the building. In addition to many private and open concept offices, the new layout includes ample space for cross-functional team collaboration, from large conference rooms to lounge areas to a modern kitchen and welcoming lobby. This project has delighted the building owner and operator with a fresh image to help leasing efforts for the circa-2014 building.
