Jenna Fly
Project Engineer
Born and raised in Franklin, TN, Jenna graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Construction Management and developed an interest in construction at an early age through hands-on DIY projects. As a visual learner who enjoys doing hands-on projects, she’s drawn to architecturally unique and technically complex projects that challenge her to keep learning. At R.C. Mathews, Jenna is excited to be part of a collaborative company culture, build relationships with her teammates, and contribute to projects that push her professionally.

Gordon Carroll
Assistant Project Manager
Gordon has several years of construction experience spanning both field and office roles, with a background primarily in multifamily construction. After growing up in Lebanon and graduating from Belmont University in 2022, Gordon contributed to projects ranging from garden-style communities to mid-rise developments in Nashville. One project he’s especially proud of is the Radnor Lake soil stabilization project for STREAM, which combined his passion for construction with his lifelong appreciation for the outdoors. Since joining R.C. Mathews, Gordon has mainly been working on the Fort Negley Park Improvements project.
