Project Overview
523 3rd Avenue South – the former home of R.C. Mathews Contractor, The Mathews Company, and Colliers International | Nashville – was a fast-track design-build renovation and expansion of an existing two-story building with STG Design. Work included 17,000 square feet of space on the existing two floors, and the addition of a 3,500-square-foot third floor – all completed within 5 months. Notable elements of the project include a new curtainwall system, new elevator, and a state-of-the-art conference and meeting space on the top floor.
