Janet Ayers Academic Center at Belmont University

Project Overview

With its Grand Opening in Summer 2014, the Janet Ayers Academic Center has become a focal point of the Belmont campus on the corner of Wedgewood and 15th Avenues. The 186,140-square-foot center includes a 300-seat chapel, dining options, 30 classrooms, state-of-the-art science and research laboratories, faculty offices and conference space. A five-level below-grade parking garage provides 437 spaces, and a three-level footbridge corridor was constructed to connect to the existing Gordon E. Inman Center and McWhorter Hall.
