Project Overview
In late 2024, our team completed the renovation and addition of Kline Swinney Associates’ new office. The scope of this project included transforming an existing building into a modern, functional office space. The project involved the selective demolition of non-load-bearing interior partitions, sections of floors, and parts of exterior walls to establish an open and functional layout. New partition walls were added, along with exterior insulation and a brick and metal veneer, boosting both the visual appeal and energy efficiency. The new space includes conference rooms, private offices, a kitchen, and other areas that provide a collaborative workspace for the team and clients.
