Project Overview
The MDHA Bus Barns garage is a cast-in-place structure in the Rolling Mill Hill neighborhood. At 5 stories tall and just over 141,000 square feet, the garage was completed one month ahead of schedule with six-figure GMP savings returned to the owner. There were zero change orders issued to the owner. This project also included a bridge connector to the upper adjacent property.
