Project Overview
Developed by Holladay Ventures, The Opaline is a mixed-use residential community currently under construction in Nashville, developed in partnership with the nonprofit Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville. The project will deliver 251 affordably priced residential units along with dedicated nonprofit services for artists and creatives.
The community will also feature a makerspace, a 4,000-square-foot childcare center, and 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail designed to serve both residents and the surrounding neighborhood. Situated on a 3.4-acre site, The Opaline brings together housing, creative resources, and community-focused amenities in a thoughtfully integrated development.
