Project Overview
University Commons is Trevecca Nazarene University’s newest residence hall. Completed in 2023, this 7-story residence hall holds 302 beds and features apartment-style units, student lounges and full kitchens, a fitness room, exterior courtyard, and large central laundry room. The residence hall was designed on a site with over 40 feet in grade change, so many of the building’s support spaces are built into the hillside. The grab-and-go kitchen and large exterior courtyard welcomes students and is a great space for gathering.
