Hewlett Hall at Belmont University

Project Overview

Opening before the Fall 2022 school year, Hewlett Hall (formerly Caldwell Hall) is a ten-story residence hall that redefines upperclassmen living with a thoughtfully designed, community-centered environment. Spanning 268,000-square-feet, the building houses over 600 students and offers a range of unit types, including four-bedroom apartments, single studios, and two- to six-bedroom options, all with private bedrooms.

Hewlett Hall emphasizes a balanced lifestyle through a variety of amenities. A two-story lobby welcomes residents and visitors with comfortable study and gathering areas, while flexible basement space and dedicated practice rooms offer added versatility. A modern fitness center, large laundry room, and two landscaped exterior courtyards enhance daily life, encouraging wellness and connection. Hewlett Hall stands as a vibrant, functional, and student-focused addition to Belmont University’s Campus.
