Project Overview

Completed in Spring 2024, the Frist College of Medicine stands as a landmark achievement for Belmont University and the Nashville community, establishing a fully accredited medical school and advancing a mission to shape the future of healthcare through transformative, whole-person care.

The six-story, 210,530-square-foot facility is designed to support a dynamic learning environment, featuring classrooms, laboratories, and collaborative study spaces. Below grade, a 270,000-square-foot parking structure accommodates 632 spaces for students and faculty. Upper levels are dedicated to the medical program and include a state-of-the-art simulation center, virtual reality labs, anatomy labs, library, student lounges, and rooftop terraces with views of downtown Nashville. Equipped with advanced simulation technology, immersive virtual reality, and hands-on learning environments, the Frist College of Medicine prepares students to meet the evolving demands of modern healthcare.
