Project Overview
Garth Brooks’ new entertainment concept and bar on Lower Broadway includes multiple bars, a restaurant, restrooms, and more. From the basement to the rooftop lounge, this property is 5 stories and 51,055 square-feet. The honky tonk offers an extreme visual experience through elements such as large screen walls, screens on the floor, and palm trees that reach from the 1st to the 2nd floor. The VIP level showcases “Trisha’s Kitchen” where she will host a cooking show, and another area of the VIP floor includes a restaurant venue for events. “Friends in Low Places” is the previous home of the Downtown Sporting Club. R.C. Mathews completed all structural work and interior build-out to complete this project in a very tight timeline.
